The purchaser agrees that this sale is subject to the terms and conditions of Fugentec Technologies (Private) Limited, which the purchaser acknowledges to have read and understood. A portion of such terms are summarized as follows:

1. Ownership of all goods supplied remains vested in Fugentec Technologies (Private) Limited until payment in full.
2. Terms of sale are Cash, Bank guaranteed cheque, or EFT only.
3. All products carry a 12-month warranty. The warranty period is calculated from the original date of purchase. All media and consumables do not carry a warranty.
4. The warranty will be void if the items have been mishandled, struck by lightning, experienced a power surge, or have a missing serial number, including physical damage to the product.
5. Interest will accrue on overdue amounts at the Bank's prevailing lending rate.
6. A handling fee of 10% will be charged on all goods returned to Fugentec Technologies (Private) Limited 48 hours after delivery.
7. Delivery period is a maximum of 7 days or less from the date a purchase order is issued. If there are any delays, this will be communicated in time.
8. All quotations are valid for 30 days.
